Dutch Baby Pancakes

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F

Melt 1/3 cup butter in large oven proof pan till brown and bubbly

6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour

Beat eggs and milk, then gradually add flour, stirring constantly with a wire whisk. Pour into the preheated pan with the melted butter. Bake for about 15 minutes till puffy and golden brown around edges. Serve right away with Powdered Sugar and Lemon wedges, or Syrup. Serves about 3 or 4.
